If you use meditation techniques regularly, you can increase your stress resistance and improve your health in the long term. Breaking down stress and achieving more balance in life and at work Just 21 minutes per day is sufficient to recharge your batteries and feel calmer. Every track is broken down into three stages: For the first eight minutes you will hear relaxing music which slows down your pulse and makes you feel pleasantly relaxed. In the following seven minutes you will hear high and low relaxation tones, binaural beats which deepen your state of relaxation. More than a few users will drift into a relaxing half-sleep during this stage. The third phase brings you back to your normal resting pulse rate, so that you feel refreshed and full of energy. Download Braintronics now FOR FREE and create your own personal wellness zone for body and mind. You will quickly discover how beneficial meditation with relaxation music can be. Choose between five different categories: 1. Stress Management Stress is the cause of many acute and chronic illnesses. Those who reduce their stress levels are healthier and live longer. With guided meditation you can immediately break down stress and reduce your susceptibility to stress in the long term. 2. Personal Development Do you keep getting worked up about negative behaviour patterns which are hindering your progress? Guided meditation supports you as you unlearn harmful patterns of thought and behaviour, and helps you to take important steps in your own personal development. 3. Letting Go Being able to let go is a skill which frees us from our shackles. But it is not easy to shut off our merry-go-round of thoughts. With the sensitive, guided meditation from the Braintronics app, you will learn how to do just that. Soon you will leave many of your worries and fears behind you and live just like you’ve always wanted to. 4. Regeneration It is no coincidence that meditation has been an integral part of Asian medicine for thousands of years, as when used correctly it proves to be a source of real health benefits. With our guided Braintronics meditation you can recharge your batteries and deal with stress in a much better way. 5. Pure Sound These fascinating soundscapes are as clear and pure as a mountain stream and carry you off into a relaxing fantasy world. Use our app to go on a relaxing journey that will do you a world of good and reinvigorate your mind. Tip: If you own a massage chair from the Casada family, you can connect the tracks to the chair via Bluetooth. The combination of acoustic stimulation and full-body massage leads to an even deeper state of relaxation.
