Best toothbrush I’ve ever had
I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but this is an outstanding toothbrush and I’m sorry I didn’t get one sooner. For those people wondering if it’s worth the money it is just do it. You won’t regret it.

Buggy software
When will you update your buggy software? Every time I brush and a message notification comes in, the software freaks out and resets (forgets) my current brushing session, forcing me to enter details by hand.
If you want to use a companion app as a selling point, it’d be a good idea to make sure that the software is debugged, wouldn't you agree?

Recent problems
I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring technical issue I've been experiencing with the Sonicare mobile application. As a dedicated user of Sonicare products for several years, and having consistently utilized the accompanying app throughout that time, I've generally been very satisfied with its functionality.
However, in recent weeks, I've encountered a persistent problem where the app constantly prompts me to sign in. This frequent re-authentication process has become quite disruptive and detracts significantly from the user experience, negating the convenience the app is designed to offer.

Need a few upgrades, but I still like it a lot
Really like the Sonicare… just wish it would have memory in order to give the app feedback when I don’t have my phone in the bathroom with me.

Training is a failure
This is a review of the app, not the brush. The 7300 brush itself is fantastic. The app’s main feature is training and feedback, but this fails to stay connected to the brush long enough to finish one brushing sequence. It constantly disconnects and says to put it back in the charger. However, the new brush is fully charged. So far the main training feature is a complete failure.
Secondly, as a dedicated brush-after-every-meal adherent, the “twice a day” goal tracking by the app is inflexible, not to mention gross. I want the app to track my goals, not some bare minimum compromise goal.

Can’t find toothbrush
Used this app since my wife and I bought new diamond clean toothbrushes. Now it can’t connect to mine, and I’m kind of peeved. Spent a couple hundred on a brush, and it doesn’t connect?
Update 8/9/26: I contacted Philips and they’re sending me a new brush. Sounds like a hardware issue. I’ve added back 2 stars.

Can’t find toothbrush

I’ll forever keep getting this for its Pink base and purple light which is obviously so cute
Unable to delete record
Used for the first time and turned on the product and was testing to see how to control the speed and toggle on off. BAM 2 sessions of less than 6 seconds recorded and no way to delete it? I tried to unpair and it still stayed. Inaccurate data.

Love my new Sonicare 6400. With the feedback from the app my teeth have never looked or felt cleaner.
Keeps dropping out connection with brush
App has connection issues. Connects to brush fine, then once started looses the connection to the brush and says please turn on brush - even though phone is right in front of me, and it does not record the brushing activity for the day. Using latest iOS and app version. Please fix!
