Doesn’t fit screen
App works well enough and increases functionality of Normatec 2.0 pulse unit for zone control. However it doesn’t fit phone screen once I’ve connected to the device. The apps aspect ratio seems to go out the window in the control settings…
Buggy
Keeps asking for login during every use
Lacking Functionality
The app could use some love, the hardware is great. There should absolutely be one sort of favorited 1-click start option where you can pre-set the device, routine type, temp, duration, etc.. and then it should be the first thing on your homepage
Hyper smart is not smart
I really like the app, it’s helpful at guiding my use of the products and for Hypervolt, the actual routines. This makes it feel more professional and improves the experience with the devices rather than simply doing a routine unsupported.
Hypersmart is, as it stands however, just unhelpful. For example, today I opened the app and saw my daily score at 2, did around 15 mins of routines with the Hypervolt and the score dropped to 0.8. This makes no sense at all. It should logically go up. Surely. I expect tomorrow the score may rise. The weekly score however did go up after the routines. Logically this does make sense. Perhaps the daily score lags, or there is a bug, but either way, there is no explanation of what it’s tracking and how, or why it’s helpful to me.
Lastly, there is no list of my routine history. Why not? Surely it’s tracked for the Hypersmart score.
So overall, app generally useful, Hypersmart is not smart. At all.

Time for new programs
I’ve been using Hyperice for 4 years now and the app. You’d think by now some new programs would’ve come out to promote lymphatic drainage and recovery post runs. But unfortunately, it’s the same programs with no expansion nor innovation :/
