This will provide a starting point to track improvements to your oral health routine over time. Real-time brushing guidance The Sonicare app checks your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush. Dental Diary The Dental Diary helps you track all your oral health habits in one place – brushing, flossing, tongue cleaning, and mouth rinsing – so you can spot trends and build a consistent routine. Brushing Streak The Brushing Streak feature helps motivate you to brush at least twice daily – morning and night – as recommended by dentists to prevent plaque buildup. Dashboard The Dashboard syncs with your Sonicare toothbrush to collect and display your brushing habits. You receive an easy-to-read report with insights to help support and improve your oral health. Brush head monitoring Automatically know when it’s time to replace your brush head. Bristles wear out and start losing effectiveness after about three months, so having a fresh replacement ensures the best cleaning. Automatic brush head reordering service Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app checks your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan. Connect with Apple Health When you link the Sonicare app to the Apple Health app, you can track your brushing habits along with the rest of your health data.

About

Rosehip

You know the spiral. Something goes wrong — or nothing does — and your mind starts replaying it. The same thought, round and round. And here's the part that hurts: you know good things happened. You just can't reach them. Not because they weren't real. Because loops block access to your own life. That's what overstimulation does. Constant input keeps the brain alert and scattered. Negativity sticks. Wins slip away — especially when you need them most. Rosehip is built for that gap. WHEN THE LOOP HITS — PRESS PULSE Morning dread. Midday shame spiral. Lying awake while your brain won't stop. Pulse is for those moments — day or night, whenever the loop catches you. It reaches into the wins you've been stacking and reflects them back as concrete evidence: your real moments, not motivational quotes. An interrupt when your mind is least able to help itself. YOUR VAULT Every win you keep lives here — a private, growing archive of what actually mattered. The more you stack, the more Pulse has to draw from when you need it. THE NIGHT RITUAL — HOW YOU BUILD IT Loops don't wait for you to be ready. So Rosehip gives you one small nightly anchor: keep one real win from your day, then a short tactile grounding exercise before sleep. Same few minutes. Every night. Small on purpose — if you've bounced off big journaling habits, this is the version that sticks. Over weeks it compounds: attention trains, wins encode, your Vault fills. Not productivity. Not performance. A place to land at night — so you have something real to reach for when the loop returns tomorrow. WHAT MAKES ROSEHIP DIFFERENT • Two moments, one system: stack evidence at night, deploy it whenever you spiral. • Your own proof — not affirmations, not a chatbot diary. • Quiet by design: no feeds, no streak shaming, no noise. ROSEHIP+ The night ritual and your Vault are free, always. Rosehip+ keeps the interrupt within reach and the habit alive: • Pulse when you need it (fair use, 30 sessions/month) • Nightly ritual reminders so the anchor finds you • Export your entire Vault as a CSV you own Subscribe monthly, or try annual free for 7 days. A NOTE ON PRIVACY Your entries are personal and yours. Rosehip is a self-reflection tool — not therapy, medical advice, or treatment.
