This app will turn any iOS device into a digital sign, fully controllable through ScreenCloud. Getting Started Launch the player then enter the pairing code into the ScreenCloud website to start displaying your content. You can create playlists of videos, photos, websites, and apps such as social media feeds. Configuration To configure the player, simply press and hold the screen to access settings. For long term usage we recommend turning on Guided Access mode. AirPlay Mirroring To mirror to an Apple TV start the player then turn on AirPlay mirroring. • This functionality is used to record an employee’s work time in FlexiPro and post it to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).  • Employees can either enter their badge# or scan the bar code on their badge using the external scanner connected. • Clocking in establishes the employee as actively working in the system and enables time capture for the shift. OTL Clock-In is a mandatory prerequisite for all downstream labor activities, including Work Order clocking. Users cannot clock-in to any Work Order unless they are first clocked in to OTL. Also users cannot clock-out of OTL/Employee time entry, if they were clocked-in to any work order. Employee has to clock-out of all work order/s to be able to clock-out of OTL/Facility/Employee time entry.
