OhnoCircle vs Memorae

Understand the Gemba. Ohno Circle is a Lean observation tool designed to help you see and understand how work really happens. Inspired by the simple observation practice associated with Taiichi Ohno, the app puts the circle in your pocket: go to the Gemba, observe the work carefully, and capture what happens as it happens. Create projects and observations, then register each change in activity with a single tap. Ohno Circle records the timing while you classify activities using Value Adding, Waiting, Transport, Rework, Setup, Check, Overproduction, Motion, Overprocessing, or your own custom statuses. Add comments and photos to document problems, interruptions and relevant details without losing the flow of the observation. When the observation is complete, Ohno Circle helps you understand where the time went. Review the complete timeline, analyze time by status and task, and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Key features • Organize observations by project • Register activity changes in real time • Pause and resume observations • Edit tasks and timings when needed • Add comments and photos • Customize activity statuses and colors • Analyze time by status and task • Visualize value-adding and non-value-adding time • Export professional PDF reports • Export observation data as CSV • Available in multiple languages • Works offline Observation data and photos are stored locally on your device. Nothing is automatically sent to a server. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly choose to export or share it. Go See. Ask why. Show respect. Ohno Circle helps make work visible so teams can understand processes, identify waste and improve based on direct observation.

Forget a payment, pay a late fee. Forget a follow-up, lose a client. Forget a friend's birthday, and they notice. Memorae is a memory you can talk to. Tell it once, by text or voice. It reminds you, and anyone else, at the right time, and gives back anything you saved when you ask. JUST SAY IT "Pay rent on the 1st. Call the dentist tomorrow at 10. Send Ana the quote by Friday." One message. Three reminders. Done. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE Today and this week: reminders, tasks and calendar, in one place. REMIND OTHERS "Remind Leo on Saturday at 10 to bring the cake." Leo gets it from you. You stop chasing. ASK FOR WHAT YOU SAVED Send Memorae a link, a ticket or a PDF. Later, just ask: "Where's my flight confirmation?"
