Not able to cancel the subscription
Don’t download. You will not be able to cancel it later. They have mechanisms in place to not allow you to cancel it. They will show network error and log you out.

O serviço não cumpre o que promete, então resolvi cancelar ainda no período de teste grátis. Eles então me ofereceram uma extensão do período de teste por 30 dias, para que eu tivesse mais tempo para testar o serviço antes de cancelar. Eu aceitei a oferta. Para a minha surpresa, nos próximos dias o valor da assinatura anual foi debitado do meu cartão! E agora não querem fazer o reembolso! São golpistas desonestos. Para completar, até hoje o serviço prometido via WhatsApp não funciona. O suporte deles é praticamente inexistente. A App Store devia bani-los.

Underrated gem
Memorae has quickly become the app I rely on every day. To be honest I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do. I’m quite busy with the business I run and it’s made keeping track of important documents, passwords and pretty much everything else more organised and seamless.
Being able to message in WhatsApp and everything being connected is ideal for me since this is what i use the most.

Unable to cancel app during free trial
I was looking for an AI assistant to help me manage tasks and reminders. I downloaded the app and signed up to the supernova plan under a free trial. I have found that the app has no Microsoft integration and therefore is of limited use to me. The app has a bug when trying to cancel the trial which is a real pain. I have now had to message the helpdesk and I’m now in Limbo waiting for a reply. Not very good.
