EASA FTL Calc helps flight and cabin crew calculate and monitor: • Cockpit and cabin crew limits • Actual and maximum Flight Duty Periods (FDP) • Latest on-block times • Duty Periods (DP) • Actual and minimum rest periods • Acclimatisation status • Commander’s discretion • Planned reduced rest • Disruptive schedules • Required local nights at home base • Extended recovery rest periods • Cumulative duty times for 7, 14 and 28 days • Monthly duty times The app takes into account: • Standby, airport standby and airport duty • Extended cabin crew FDP due to earlier reporting times • Delayed reporting • In-flight rest for cockpit and cabin crew based on the applicable rules • Split duty • FDP extensions • Planned reduced rest • Positioning • Time-zone differences • Company-specific minimum rest periods • Your assigned home base • Back-to-back operations You do not need to calculate or enter time zones manually: • Simply select an airport from the database • The time zone is determined automatically based on the airport and date For each rotation, you only need to select: • The airport where the rotation begins • The rest location after each duty day • The next reporting airport is automatically set to the previous rest location EASA FTL Calc is designed as a duty logbook, not as a flight logbook: • You do not need to enter every individual block time • The app does not manage cumulative block-hour limits • Imported flights may still be displayed for reference Separate cockpit and cabin calculations: • Reporting times may differ • In-flight rest rules are different • Your own limits are calculated using all available information • Calculations for other crew members may be limited because less information about their previous and subsequent rotations is available Rotation management: Rotations are stored automatically and displayed in a dedicated overview. The overview includes: • Flight Duty Periods • Duty periods • Rest periods • Separate calculations for cockpit and cabin crew XML import: • BA rosters only RosterBuster import: • Direct import from the server Direct import from other apps and websites: • NASImport • CrewLounge CONNECT • RosterworX • MyRoster for Crew by Lumabyte — sadly no longer available eCrew AIMS Dashboard import: If your roster can be downloaded as a .txt or .csv file, it can be opened directly in EASA FTL Calc. Because AIMS can be configured differently by each airline, occasional compatibility issues may occur. In many cases, these can be resolved. Calendar import: Roster data can also be imported from your calendar. Because calendar entries can use different formats and naming conventions, occasional compatibility issues may occur. In many cases, these issues can be resolved.

Your EASA flight logbook, always in your pocket. Hours, take-offs, landings, recency and limits — worked out for you from the flights you actually flew, whatever you fly, for whichever airline. And if you fly for Malta Air Italy or Ryanair Spain, FlightManager estimates your payslip too. 2-week free trial. After that you need a FlightManager Pro subscription, monthly or annual, available in the app. EASA LOGBOOK FCL.050 Compliant with European regulations and exportable to PDF with one tap, ready to print and sign: for a medical, an interview, a change of airline. • Block time, night hours, IFR, sectors, day and night take-offs and landings • Automatic totals for every EASA column • Carry forward from a paper logbook, so totals start from the right number • Simulator and FSTD sessions in column 11, where they belong • FCL.050-compliant PDF export — requires FlightManager Pro ARE YOU CURRENT? AND FOR HOW LONG? Three take-offs and three landings in the last 90 days (FCL.060), with night ones counted separately. The app tells you how many days you have left, not just whether you are in or out. • Flight time limits: 100 hours in 28 days, 900 in a calendar year, 1,000 in 12 months • Duty limits: 60 hours in 7 days, 110 in 14, 190 in 28 (ORO.FTL.210) • Medical, ratings, line check and passport expiry dates, with a warning before they run out • Worked out from the hours you actually flew, not the ones the roster planned YOUR FLIGHTS IN, WITHOUT TYPING • CSV import: bring in the logbook you already have, including from RosterBuster • Import from Ryanair "Verified Flights" emails, in one tap • Photograph your roster: flights, standby, sims and days off go into the iPhone calendar. The image never leaves the device • Manual entry always available, for flights and simulators • You review before saving: data never goes in blindly MAP, TOTALS AND CARDS Every route you have flown on one map, 11,111 airports with coordinates, country and flag. Running career time, averages per sector, hours by aircraft type. And every flight makes a shareable card with route, distance and milestones. PAYSLIP ESTIMATE — MALTA AIR ITALY AND RYANAIR SPAIN ONLY (requires FlightManager Pro) This part is only for Malta Air Italy and Ryanair Spain pilots: the app knows the Malta Air CLA 2026–2031 and the Spanish SEPLA scale. For every other airline it simply never appears, and everything else works the same. • Basic pay, flight allowance and sector pay for each rank: SO, JFO, FO, SFI, CPT, LTC, LCC, TRE • Per diem, home base duty, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, night stops, thirteenth salary • Progressive Italian income tax with 2026 bands, regional and municipal surcharges for all 20 regions • Social security and complementary pension contributions, with the annual deduction cap Estimates are indicative and do not replace the official payslip. The app speaks Italian, English, Spanish, French and German, with light and dark themes — because at five in the morning a white screen in the flight deck is a problem, not a style choice.
