Once submitted, a R8TR in that local area will accept the job, contact the seller, schedule an appointment, and send you a full vehicle condition report including pictures, videos, and descriptions. R8TR’s are the eyes, ears and nose of the out-of-town buyer. R8TR’s should be passionate and knowledgeable about whatever vehicle category they are r8ting. R8TRs are professional and polite when contacting the seller and scheduling a meeting, as well as during the meeting with the seller. Upon arriving at the requested vehicle, the R8TR will engage the app and begin the process of evaluating the vehicle.
