The Sitemate App enables any field worker or site visitor to create a free and secure digital ID which they can use to easily signoff, submit and review forms electronically. The Sitemate App's contactless signoff works via the scanning of a workers unique QR code, which can be scanned by any devices default camera to instantly stamp their signature and details onto any form or process - including toolbox talks, tailgate meetings, pre starts and method statements (RAMS / SWMS). The form submission feature of the app can be used by contractors, subcontractors and external visitors for single submission forms as well as by internal staff and operators for ongoing processes including timesheets, pre starts, and JSAs. Each worker with the Sitemate App will have an automated log of all of the forms they have submitted, and they can click on records within this log to view and review the submission/s.
