Regence is a family of regional Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah, connecting people and their families to health care when and where they need it most. With your Regence Pregnancy Program app, you can track your pregnancy through each milestone and trimester. In-app tools help you navigate your health and learn about the growth of your baby each day. After baby comes, support continues from pregnancy to parenthood, including health tracking just for baby.
