Baby's Days vs ColourTrainer

Baby's days is the most established and most advanced childcare management system in the industry, evolving its secure system since April 2009 for a broad spectrum of childcare providers ranging from childminders, to nurseries and preschools. We pride ourselves in working together with customers to gauge what they really want from a childcare management system and bridge the gap between the child's learning and parental involvement. We are so much more than "just a system for tracking progress" we can and will remove 99% of your paperwork by allowing you to run your business entirely online with parental interaction every step of the way. The Baby's Days App makes life easier for Baby's Days customers and parents too, our sophisticated App will furthermore speed up your working day. As well as tracking each child's learning and development with the use of observations, next steps, COEL, videos and photos you can run your entire childcare business from our app. Just like the web version, the App offers so much more than other Childcare Apps on the market. Parents can login and use it too, again making their lives that little bit easier. The PIN Protected App compliments the web version wonderfully pinpointing the most used features and putting them together. The App allows Childcare Practitioners to: Manage their setting including adding Administrators, Children, setting up Parental Access, editing your Profile, adding Diary Helpers, adding Rooms, and viewing Children's Birthdays, recording daily activities such as bottle feeds, sleep times, sun cream applications and toileting. Edit and view the Daily Checklist seeing at a glance what needs to be done not only today but any day of the year. Assign contracts, policies and permissions for parents to sign digitally directly on the app. Sign in and verify Visitors with our sophisticated Digital Signature feature. View and create Diaries for each child in the setting, allowing you to complete notes, upload photos and videos, add observations and record the child's day in full. Update each child's development and achievements within their learning journey including adding observations, COEL, photos, videos, next steps, and of course 450 sample next steps ready for you to assign to any child. Add medications and Accidents to the system and request that parents sign using the sophisticated Digital Signature feature. Record each child's attendance at literally the click of a button with the fantastic one touch in and out feature. View and upload photographs and videos to each child's gallery and link these photographs and videos to the child's progress section too. With over 100 features as standard, there is no other system anywhere in the world as advanced as Baby's Days.
