Avoid at all costs

The absolute rudest and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. The app itself is outdated and difficult to use. Be warned if you sign up for trial you will be stuck in a 6 month contract. I wish I had looked at reviews before.

No support

I’ve used baby days app since 2012 and it has definitely gone downhill. I communicated to someone via email for support and the person or robot was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Definitely thinking of moving to a better app

I did not realise subscription was for at least 6 months … wow ! They did only reply with an automatic reply…. Do not purchase the subscription! Run away
