Blindfold Games are entertainment apps provided as a service to the visually impaired community by Objective Ed. Your in-app upgrades pay for the development and support of these games.  Vee Ball is an fully accessible audio game that was inspired by the arcade game Skee Ball. In Vee Ball, using your finger, you roll a ball up a ramp, where it can land in one of several holes on the playing field. The harder-to-reach holes are worth more points, ranging from 10 points to 100 points. If you roll too fast, you will miss all the holes and the ball ends up in the top gutter. If you roll too slowly, the ball drops into the bottom gutter. The game comes with 3 different ball sizes, and you can change how bouncy the balls are. The game comes with coins; you need one coin to play. To get more coins, you can upgrade to unlimited play.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SoundEcho at 100% against Blindfold Vee Ball's 67%. SoundEcho also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). Blindfold Vee Ball's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
