Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Walli at 4.6 against BBML Build's 2.2. Walli also leads on review sentiment (66% vs 31%) and ratings volume (2.7K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Walli sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and BBML Build sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Walli holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walli has 2.7K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 66% of Walli's written reviews are positive against 31% of BBML Build's.
Walli ships an update weekly, BBML Build monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
