Fix flat photos and make them fun without wrestling with complicated controls. Retouch a selfie, add a meme caption, cut out the subject, or try a bold photo effect in a few taps right on your iPhone. • Run Magic Touch for a one-tap retouch that softens skin, brightens eyes, sharpens the subject, and gently softens the background, with an intensity slider and before-and-after compare. • Try photo filters across Cinematic, Portrait, Film, Lifestyle, Black & White, and Creative looks, including favorites like Golden Hour, Cine Cool, Soft Skin, Glitch RGB, Neon Edge, Ink Sketch, Vaporwave, and Newsprint. • Fine-tune Exposure, Contrast, Saturation, Warmth, Sharpness, and Vignette with simple sliders and quick reset controls. • Use Beauty tools for Skin Smooth, Eye Brighten, Teeth Whiten, and Slim / Contour for a polished look that still feels like you. • Remove the background with Cutout, then place your subject on colors like White, Cream, Blush, Charcoal, Terracotta, Forest, or Deep Blue, or keep the scene and add Blur behind it. • Add blur effects with Portrait depth, Linear blur, or Radial blur to draw attention where you want it. • Crop with free crop or ready-made ratios like 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9, then straighten, flip, or auto-level the horizon. • Decorate with stickers from Birthday, Travel, Foodie, Pet, Holiday, and Generic Cute packs, and adjust sticker opacity right on the canvas. • Add text with color, shadow, glow, outline width, and letter spacing, or use the Meme tool for classic top and bottom captions that read clearly at a glance. • Draw on your photo with Doodle, save collages, and export in the quality and image type that fits how you want to share. Use it to clean up a selfie before posting, turn a group shot into a meme, put a White or Cream backdrop behind a product photo, make a Golden Hour birthday pic for the family chat, blur a busy background behind your subject, or build a quick side-by-side collage from your latest shots. Photo Effects Funny Editor helps people edit one photo at a time with retouch tools, funny effects, meme text, stickers, and cutout controls. It stands out by keeping the editing flow centered on the photo, not on clutter, and by doing key features like Magic Touch, Cutout, and Smart Suggestions right on your device, so you can keep working even without a connection. Pro adds Creative filters, HD saves without the watermark, bigger collage layouts, batch editing for multiple photos, and custom presets you can save and reuse. If you choose to save to your library, the app asks for permission only when needed. Make your next photo look cleaner, funnier, or more polished in just a few taps. (d)effect is a camera that shows you the effect before you take the shot. Every filter renders live on the viewfinder at full frame rate — no preview, no "apply" step, no waiting. What you frame is what gets saved. THE FILTERS • Riso Print — RGB plate misregistration and grain, like a badly aligned risograph • Dither — 4×4 Bayer ordered dithering, the look of a 1-bit screen • ASCII — the frame rebuilt from coloured glyphs on black • False Color — channel crushing and hue cycling • Halation — the bloom that film gets around highlights • Posterize — hard tonal banding • Exclusion — a solid hue blended straight through the image • Low Res — chunky pixellation that scales with the shot • Slow Shutter — a real exposure change on the camera, so the motion blur is genuine rather than faked Stack them. Adjust contrast, brightness and saturation on anything. Hit Random when you want the machine to decide. PHOTO AND VIDEO Shoot stills or record video with the same effects, with audio, in 4:5. What the viewfinder showed is what lands in your library — filters that are sized in pixels scale with the image, so the saved file matches the preview. YOUR SHOTS STAY YOURS Everything is processed on your iPhone using Metal and Core Image. Nothing is uploaded, stored on a server, or looked at by anyone. There is no cloud gallery and no server-side processing — captures go straight to your own Photos library, into a "(d)effect" album the in-app gallery reads back. We hold one piece of personal data: the email address attached to your sign-in. You can delete your account, and it, from inside the app. — (d)effect is free while in active development — every filter unlocked, no ads, no subscription. If something breaks, tell us at support@d-effect.com and we'll fix it.
