The EMS suit is controlled with the Easy Motion Skin Home App. The EMS app has training programs that can be carried out with the Easy Motion Skin System. In the 7 Hertz frequency range, strength training is offered, in the 40 Hertz endurance training range, in the 85 Hertz power training range and with 100 Hertz relaxation training. The athlete is shown his scores and can achieve goals. The Easy Motion Skin System is required.
