Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pro Cirrus at 100% against iUSB Pro's 14%. Pro Cirrus also leads on rating (4.2 vs 2.6) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). iUSB Pro's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 16) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
