Verdict
ExpiWell and Sun Devil Central both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Sun Devil Central's written reviews are positive against 41% of ExpiWell's. ExpiWell's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 6) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
