Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: بريمو at 83% against Fixawy's 32%. بريمو also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). Fixawy's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and ratings volume (124 vs 13). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
