Pick a habit and it is on your screen. Nothing to sign up for, no setup, no tour: your own iCloud keeps your iPhone and iPad in sync. A few starter habits come in two versions: free, ticked by hand, or Premium, ticked for you by Apple Health. Do it with a friend, no leaderboard. Ten habits free. Share the habits you choose with a friend. You see each other's streaks and send a poke when one of you goes quiet. No ranking, no shame, one person who notices. A missed day does not have to end everything. Keep a habit for a week and one slip gives you 24 hours to recover the streak. Vacation mode pauses everything when life does. We never charge you to keep a streak. Quitting something? Smoking, vaping, alcohol, sugar, soda, junk food, endless scrolling, the phone in bed. Track it next to the habits you are building. Vestig counts your days free, lets you log a craving without ending the count, and shows what changes week by week. Routines with a timer: stack a morning or evening routine, press start, follow each step from your Lock Screen. Pomodoro for focus blocks. Streaks, stats and heatmaps for every habit. Home Screen widgets. Your data lives in your own iCloud. Nothing sold. Premium adds habits that mark themselves done from Apple Health, unlimited habits and routines, an on-device AI coach, exports and more widgets. Free for a week, then it renews until you cancel. Nothing you have already built gets locked. iPhone and iPad. English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean.
