Verdict
Khesed and Parking Kitty both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Khesed's written reviews are positive against 60% of Parking Kitty's. Khesed also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 35 months). Parking Kitty's advantage is ratings volume (9.3K vs 12) and iOS requirement (13 vs 15.1).
