I think it’s a scam to get parking fines from overseas tourists. It just won’t take a UK mobile

Convenient!
Mobile app payment for parking is very convenient. Uses Passport Parking app info, so if you’ve used that before, this app will show your saved car info. NOTE: if you are using a rental car, be sure to add that car’s details into the app!
Ok but why does it not actually give the full time you paid for?
Pay for 30 minutes of parking and the app will start counting down from like 27. I don't have location sharing on with the app, so it's not a case of "i was already parked 3 minutes and the app knows it". Sketchy.

Very helpful
This app is pretty cool. Takes the leg work,literally, out of it. You have your vehicles saved, payment options saved, just type in the zone if it isn’t already saved and you’re done. No need to walk to the meter put in change or swipe your card it’s all done in the app.
Terrible app
Worst parking app! Buggy and hard to use. Ratings are completely inflated because they only give you a button to rate 5 stars or not at all.

I live downtown and so the fact that I can just wake up and put money on my car or from wherever I’m at is fantastic.

Good app, with one exception
I love being able to pay parking by app. I just noticed that it’s not possible to correct or update payment or vehicle info from launch. It would be great to be able to access the main menu after logging in. As of now, I’m automatically logged in and taken to the zone selection screen.

Honestly as someone who travels to Portland once or twice a year to go do one thing this is such a hassle to have to download the app and put in all your information etc. it would honestly be the same amount of work if not less to just pay at a meter. Plus then I have to delete the app so it doesn’t take up space on my phone, Idk it makes sense for locals but not really for people just visiting.
