Easy to use and the app is user friendly.

Excellent app as we navigate Portland Oregon. We even help an elderly person go through the steps to pay for parking.

Jury Duty

What a relief not to have to run back to meter while waiting to be selected every couple hours. Waiting all day 1 of 60 ! Yahoo

Notification error

This app has started giving me an “expires soon” notification not a few minutes before my time is up, but at the moment my time is up. This is causing me to lose the opportunity to extend my time, and instead forcing me to restart it after it’s expired, and pay the already absurd fee over and over again.

Straightforward app

The app makes paying for parking pretty easy. The only thing I would recommend to improve the app or make it more user friendly, would be if it automatically determined where you were parked so you didn’t have to worry about trying to search for what zone you are in, if there isn’t a clearly marked sign nearby.

Easy

Super easy

So Fast

It takes so few steps to pay for parking -- thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is such a well designed tool. It does exactly what it's supposed to and nothing more and gets out of your way.

Needs some work…

The Find Parking link in the app doesn’t work. It opens a map that is very zoomed out showing hundreds of overlapping locations. So you have to zoom in, but once you do, nothing loads. Completely useless when you’ve parked after hours and need to lookup a station number once parking payment is due.

Rubbish

Will not use data when first opening the app, need to be on WiFi. When I got on WiFi it would not recognise a uk phone. Not even a "could do better" a straight fail

Love it

This app is really easy to understand. I like the count down and reminder texts. I wish my city would adopt this.

Better than the green machine!

I was not aware of the app and so glad I downloaded it and began using it. Easy and literally no brainer!

Charges a flat fee regardless of duration

In every other city they don’t charge a flat fee. Gross practice charging the same $.65 on a 15 minute or 2 hour stay

Meow

The app meows when you’re running out of meter time!

Screw PBOT

Anti-small business, anti-working class, unable to use tax payer funds and fees to maintain the infrastructure they are tasked with taking care of…. I could go on.

Update & lose more privacy

Have used for years & just updated to v1.4.2 in July 2026. (Apparently update is 9 mo’s old.) Never really needed update and never had to provide phone number - until now!! WHY?! They already have my CC# stored! Your app doesn’t need my number to function! So why?!? Will downgrade app!!

Apple Pay!!!

I lost my debit card and have to wait for another in the mail. Please make Apple Pay an option instead of entering in card info manually!!!

Hopeless for overseas visitors

I think it’s a scam to get parking fines from overseas tourists. It just won’t take a UK mobile

Super easy

Very practical way to pay for parking!

Convenient!

Mobile app payment for parking is very convenient. Uses Passport Parking app info, so if you’ve used that before, this app will show your saved car info. NOTE: if you are using a rental car, be sure to add that car’s details into the app!

Ok but why does it not actually give the full time you paid for?

Pay for 30 minutes of parking and the app will start counting down from like 27. I don't have location sharing on with the app, so it's not a case of "i was already parked 3 minutes and the app knows it". Sketchy.

Gets the job done

A no frills app that does what it's supposed to do, sponsored by the city
