Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 3W/3M at 4.0 against C2E2's 2.6. 3W/3M also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months) and device support (3 vs 1). C2E2's advantage is ratings volume (66 vs 4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
3W/3M holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: C2E2 has 66 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 3% of C2E2's written reviews are positive against 0% of 3W/3M's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
C2E2 ships an update every 7 months, 3W/3M every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 9, 2026 respectively.
