Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ScrambleScoring at 5.0 against Monumental+'s 4.3. ScrambleScoring also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 weeks). Monumental+'s advantage is ratings volume (3.4K vs 1) and chart position (#20 vs unranked). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ScrambleScoring holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Monumental+ has 3.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
