You signed up to coach. Not to be a full-time follow-up department. AlignedFTW is the team assistant that handles the chasing, the questions, and the game-day scramble, so the hours you give your team go to actual coaching. STOP CHASING REPLIES Ask the team once. AlignedFTW follows up with the families who haven't answered, by text or email, on whichever one each family picked. Watch confirmations roll in instead of sending "just checking in…" again. SEE TROUBLE EARLY A readiness signal watches every upcoming game. If you're trending short on players — or short at a position — you find out days ahead, with time to fix it, instead of at 7 AM in the parking lot. ONE TAP FOR FAMILIES Families answer straight from the message they were sent. No account, no password, no download. A parent who does want the app can sign in to manage their own player's details and contacts. SET UP IN MINUTES Snap a photo of your roster, upload a spreadsheet, or paste a calendar link, and AlignedFTW builds your team from what you already have — even if your league runs on something else. YOUR TEAM, YOUR RULES Headcount thresholds, arrival times, when to be alerted: every team is different, so AlignedFTW proposes sensible defaults for your sport and age group and lets you change any of them. BUILT FOR YOUTH TEAMS Rosters carry information about children, so we treat it that way. A young player is never reachable without an adult on their roster spot receiving the same message. We don't sell personal information and we don't advertise to families. Text messages are for team logistics only. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop.
