Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: AIV Network at 100% against BBC America's 5%. AIV Network also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.8) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). BBC America's advantage is ratings volume (589 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
