Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Wisenet Installation at 80% against WiseView's 13%. Wisenet Installation also leads on rating (3.0 vs 1.9). WiseView's advantage is ratings volume (836 vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
