Better than rating
Been using this app for a number of years for my old but dependable Samsung camera system. Considering the age and limit functionality of the system, this is a great app/camera viewer. Works for me anytime, anywhere that I have a good phone signal.

I’ve used this app with my cameras for years and all of a sudden I cant view the cameras from the app. I’ve reset the modem, my wifi, & my phone with no luck.
THE WORST!
So 3 years ago was last time the app has had any updates or bug fixes!???? How’s tha fair for all the people who have this security camera system that goes with this app! My app doesn’t work or show images most the time! I guess ratings/reviews dont matter bc Samsung has many other apps & security camera systems so they figure oh well with this one. Truth is they gave a dury and obligation to the people who bought this system bc this apps works with the cameras! FIX THE ISSUES!

This app kicked me out of my camera system and now it will not connect back to them. The company went out of business or something and now you can’t get anyone to talk to help you !

This app for not work with the iPhone 16
The app stop working on my iPhone 16. I believe it is not compatible with the newest software. The creators of this app have to fix this issue. I can’t watch my cameras anymore.
A scam of a business product
Haven’t been able to connect to my cameras in a month I’ve reset my phone deleted the app and it still says can’t connect. If you want security for your home or business find a different company to provide you services cause this company refuses to take accountability and help their customers!

App is not connecting in multiple locations and click support and link says 404 not found.

this app needs an update. my cameras are always disconnecting and not showing. and now i can’t even open the app because it keeps shutting down. please provide an update soon…it really really needs it

It’s okay for what it is.
It does the job. Not well or efficiently but it works most of the time. Recently changed to only accessible for apple, but we have many users that request the app be updated for android users please we’re begging.
