Easy access to scoring systems relevant to UK emergency medicine practice. The key scoring systems at your finger-tips. Never again will you get half way through an AMT and forget the questions! Knowing the score is only half the answer! Where applicable, each scoring system is linked to relevant national guidance such as that from NICE. The user interface has been designed to be used at the point-of-care, keeping data entry to a minimum and alerting you as soon as you reach the threshold value of the decision rule. This now includes haptic feedback on supported devices. Conversions by default. Just because a rule needs your patient's weight in kilograms it doesn’t mean they will know it. Every height and weight field accepts imperial or metric values and converts them for you. The list of rules displayed can be edited so that you only see the rules you need and can display your most used items first. All hidden rules remain searchable in case you need them. See our website for a full list of included content or to suggest a rule for inclusion.

FieldMedic — Remote & Austere Medicine Reference Built for trained medics working where help is far away — expedition, military, maritime and prehospital. Fully offline. WHAT'S INCLUDED Conditions — 129 conditions across first aid, trauma, medical emergencies, environmental, tropical and specialist areas, with symptoms, management, medications and evacuation criteria. Symptom Filter — Tick the findings in front of you and the app lists every condition featuring them, alphabetically. It does not score, rank or shortlist them, and it never indicates which is more likely — that judgement stays with you. Vital Signs — NEWS2 from HR, RR, SpO2, BP, temperature and ACVPU, with action guidance, automatic Shock Index, Scale 2 (COPD) and a supplemental-oxygen option. In-Field Timers — Countdowns for reassessments, re-dosing, tourniquet time and observation cycles. Alerts fire with haptics even when locked, and log to the patient's file. Medications — 57 medications with pre-administration safety checklists, field dosing, interactions and contraindications. Always verify against current guidelines. Smart Kit List — Pick your terrain, group size and trip length and FieldMedic maps a kit to the conditions you'll face, catching critical gaps before you leave. Keep as many kits as you really have — car pack, basecamp, the bag on your back — each with its own stock, and mark which you're carrying so "in kit" means the kit with you. Count stock in as batches, so two deliveries keep their two expiry dates and you're warned what expires mid-trip. Tag where each item is packed and see which pouch a drug is in at the point of care, then tick the kit off pouch by pouch. Export as PDF or CSV. Patient Files — One file per person, like medical records: history, allergies, medications, emergency contact, then incidents with AMPLE history, vitals, treatment notes, triage and ATMIST handover. Full evacuation management (ETHANE, planning, comms log). Face ID protected. Pre-Departure Screening — Collect the group's medical details before the trip via a private QR form or spreadsheet import. Nothing touches a server. Medic Team & Peer Sync — Build your medic team and sync patient files directly between iPhones, no internet or server. Or share one file in a tap. FieldMedic Beacon — The optional connected layer (subscription). Encrypted cloud backup, whole-team sync, shared kit lists with live stock counts, and a desktop Records Portal to review, export and print the trip. Zero-knowledge: encrypted with a key only your team holds. Nothing uploads unless you turn it on. Guided Scenario — Learn the app by working a realistic case, sandboxed from real data. CLINICAL STANDARDS Compiled against published sources including BNF, NICE, JRCALC, WHO, Wilderness Medical Society and Resuscitation Council UK. Every condition shows its sources and review date, and content is audited by our Chief Medical Officer. Full list at fieldmedic.app/clinical-standards OFFLINE FIRST Everything is stored on device — no connection, no account. Patient data stays there unless you turn on Beacon's encrypted backup and team sync. FIELDMEDIC PRO Free includes the conditions browser and Symptom Filter. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks management protocols, medication checklists, patient files and evacuation, timers, pre-departure screening, the kit list generator, vitals history and peer sync. FIELDMEDIC BEACON (SUBSCRIPTION) An optional auto-renewable subscription adding encrypted cloud backup, whole-team sync, shared kits, the Records Portal and pre-screening import. Requires FieldMedic Pro. Terms of Use: fieldmedic.app/terms Privacy Policy: fieldmedic.app/privacy IMPORTANT FieldMedic is a clinical reference tool for trained medical professionals only.
