The clearest difference is rating: DivTech at 4.0 against OvrC's 2.4. DivTech also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 9%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). OvrC's advantage is ratings volume (44 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
