Thinventory™ Mobile is exclusively designed for Thinventory customers’ field users. Encompassing a range of Thinventory services Thinventory™ Mobile is designed to make your life as a field engineer easier, reducing the time spent on admin and increasing time spent in the field. Thinventory™ Mobile allows you to access App Lockers easily and quickly. The app uses Bluetooth (BLE) technology to find and open App Lockers. The hi-tech Bluetooth-enabled App Lockers require no keys and no pin numbers, you can just use Thinventory Mobile. You will be able to view all of your available App Lockers from your phone and control the boxes when you are at the location. Thinventory™ Mobile allows field engineers to: • View available App Locker locations to you as a user • Easy access to App Locker door • Track stock in and out of App Lockers • Locate your nearest App Locker location • Condition items at point of return • Order return labels to be delivered direct to your App Locker • Check the status of your delivery. SiteLive mobile is a remote engineer access tool for the SiteLive business management platform. It includes the following features: - My schedule - showing all of the logged-in engineer's scheduled jobs - My assets - showing all of the logged-in engineer's assets - Assets - a way to look up other users' assets for team leaders - My training - showing all of the logged-in engineer's training - Training - a way to look up other users' training for team leaders - Timesheets - allowing engineers to submit timesheets to SiteLive - Account management - management of profile picture, name, contact details - Job chat — a way to communicate with other mobile app and web users within a job - Push notifications - timesheets, job chat, and other job-related notifications For each job, an engineer can currently: - View all job details as set up on SiteLive, including job documents, access notes, stock picks, outages, and other job details - Fill out and upload a RAMS form, including GPS, signature, and signing-selfie - Book on and off site, including GPS - Sign and complete Dynamic Risk Assessments, including adding photos and videos for each question - Sign and complete relevant post-work forms based on their scheduled jobs, including adding required photos and videos - Chat with other users assigned to the job
