About

Text Dungeon

Features

A dungeon to die in, and three stories to play through. Offline, no ads. Text Dungeon is a turn-based text roguelike and a branching gamebook in one app. READ THE FIGHT Every enemy shows its next move: Attack, Heavy or Guard. Defend against a Heavy and you block all of it and get energy back. Attacking builds energy for your skills. Fights are short, and every turn is a decision. QUICK PLAY Pick a class and a perk, then go down. Eight rooms and a boss: fights, elites, traps, shops, shrines, treasure and rest. Death ends the run, and the sigils you earn unlock permanent upgrades for the next one. - Ascension: ten harder levels for every class, with bigger sigil rewards. - Class mastery: level up each class for titles and small starting bonuses. - Relic sets: collect matching relics for set bonuses. - Daily Run: one shared dungeon a day with its own twist. Keep your streak going. - Weekly Challenge: one shared run a week with stacked modifiers and its own leaderboard. - Endless: win once and the descent repeats, harder every cycle, until it kills you. - From Dec 1, the Midwinter Descent: a free winter dungeon with two new bosses. STORY MODE Make one character and carry them through a whole arc. Your choices set what happens chapters later, which characters trust you, and which ending you reach. - The Hollow Court: find out what silenced the delvers on the Hollow Road. - The Hungering Wood: the wood took Mosswick in a single season. It did not stop there. - Three Winters: 31 people, 9 barrels, and a steading across the ice that has not lit a fire in 11 days. Five oaths are offered. At most two can be kept. Four endings. The Hollow Court and Three Winters open with a free volume. Everything else is a one-time purchase, or get a whole arc in one Complete bundle. Finish an arc and its relic joins you in Quick Play. Classes: Warrior free; Rogue, Mage, Hexblade and Bloodletter in class packs. Relic packs add new items to the loot. Game Center leaderboards and achievements. NO ADS. NO ACCOUNT. NO SUBSCRIPTION. PLAYS OFFLINE. Paid content is one-time purchases.
