HRClick Forms vs SeaTime Tracker

HRClick Forms allow any crew member onboard a vessel to complete compliance forms using their own personal iOS device, removing the need to use standard paper versions onboard.

Log your sea service automatically and build the record your USCG credential application needs. SeaTime Tracker is the sea time logbook for US mariners and yacht crew. Add your vessel and we log your days at sea from real AIS data, counted the way the US Coast Guard counts a day: eight hours for a day of service, with two-watch vessels credited at 1.5 days for 12-hour days. Working towards MCA, AMSA, Maritime NZ or SAMSA instead? Those pathways are built in too. Automatic tracking needs your vessel to transmit AIS. No AIS on board? Log a voyage with your phone's GPS, or add your sea time by hand. WHY MARINERS CHOOSE SEATIME TRACKER • Automatic sea service: pick the vessel and we fill in the dates from its AIS movements • USCG credentials, from OUPV and Master 100 GRT to Mate and Master unlimited, with progress towards each • Pick your route to each credential and the progress bars follow its figures • Find a course: over 2,300 approved training centres, sorted by distance • Before your oral: the courses your next certificate needs, ticked off from your certificates • Ask about your pathway: plain answers from official USCG, MCA and AMSA guidance, using your own sea time • Import past sea time from your vessel's AIS history (free check first, one-off purchase) • Review in bulk: confirm or reject many passages at once • Reports as PDF, CSV or Excel, signed in the app • CTV, workboat and tug crews: clock in and out of a shift so only the hours you worked count • Rotational crew: switch Off board when you go on leave and tracking pauses until you're back • Certificate expiry reminders at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days • iPhone, iPad and Mac NEVER LOSE A DAY OF SEA SERVICE Paper logbooks get lost. Spreadsheets break. SeaTime Tracker backs up every entry to your account, so when you apply your whole history exports in seconds.
