20 Watch Games costs $0.99 and Tiny Armies $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Tiny Armies holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 599 and 311 respectively.
