Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Star Transportation at 5.0 against STARNow's 4.5. Star Transportation also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). STARNow's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 29 months) and ratings volume (135 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
