If it’s connected to Uber and Lyft and those are available all the time there’s no point in capping the fare if you’re paying for an entire day. The wait times for a bus is ridiculous the busses will always be 45 minutes away and they never arrive without 10 minute delay. This app needs serious fixing.

Better service

The Dispatch for service is HORRIBLE, literally be no help they can’t never tell you what’s going with your ride or if you can even get one..

Doesn't cover service areas listed

The website says Rockwall County is covered by Star Transit, but the app doesn't allow for trip planning in Rockwall County.

Like most transit agencies, they are not good with technology, it seems.

The app change is ok

Seems like it was updated its just going to take alittle time to get use to the new. Only complaint is that I had to scramble to get a ride when A ride through the app couldn’t be found at the last minute when I scheduled early.

Why Bother?

I have only been able to schedule same day rides a handful of times. I was told to try to sched at midnight but I constantly get “We’re really busy right now,” or “No rides found between these points.” What’s the point in offering same day services if you can’t actually get it or it’s like a lottery on if you win a spot or not? Why do you also advertise that you go to certain areas and then never allow rides within those boundaries? I think it should just extended to DART and put on their routes because StarNow is a joke.

Awful Experience

I’ve tried for so long not to write a review on the mistreatment that I have faced because once I’ve developed relationships with people, I try to give grace, but I have none left, they are rude, especially, Nicole, & treat people any kind of way because they know people need a ride. I have scheduled rides and have only been able to spend 5 to 10mins at a place, or no time at all, resulting in the driver having to call in to see what to do with the situation. I have tried to work with them at 6am when same day rides are available resulting in no rides, then, I did the 3am, that they told me to do, and how they told me to schedule and I am still faced with trouble after trouble, in the result of me expressing my frustration trying to get a result that will work, I get blamed for how they book a trip meaning I will book a pick up and return and then, they blamed me for them having my pick up and drop off at the same time as if I had any control over it. I watch them, constantly, picking up other people from their destination, take them to their destination and have no time for me on a repetitive basis. It breaks my heart & I can’t take it anymore
