Coach 5 clients or 50. Your clients pay nothing. Workout Connect is the iOS app for personal trainers. One flat monthly fee for you — the app is free forever for every client on your roster. No per-seat fees. No client paywall. No "your client needs to upgrade to see this feature." Built for trainers with 5–30 clients — in the gym, online, or running a small studio. THE PROBLEM Between sessions is a black box. You send a plan Friday, your client trains Wednesday, tweaks a shoulder, skips the last set — and you find out Saturday. If at all. HOW IT WORKS Snap the workout. A whiteboard, a PDF, a screenshot, a page from a training book, or a spoken sentence. Ace AI — the built-in voice-driven AI co-pilot — extracts exercises, sets, reps, weights, and rest into an editable routine in 60 seconds. Send it. To one client, or your whole roster. Every phone gets the latest instantly. Read what they did. Weight, reps, RPE, energy, pain — set by set. Open the app Monday and know what Tuesday's session needs to be. ACE AI — VOICE-DRIVEN, YOU ALWAYS CONFIRM "Swap barbell rows for dumbbell." "Cut rest to 90s." "Bill Priya monthly, $220." Say it. Ace AI edits the routine in place, opens payment terms, or drafts an invite. Every change shows a diff. Nothing reaches a client's phone until you tap confirm. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Photo-to-routine import (whiteboard, PDF, screenshot, dictation) • Roster management for all your clients • Push routines to one client or a whole group — every phone updates • Client-side app with rest timer, one-tap logging (weight, reps, RPE, energy, pain) • Two-way feedback: read what they did between sessions • Private per-client notes (injuries, cues, PRs) that only you see • Payment tracker: package terms or monthly rate, overdue flag, cash log • Ace AI voice control across all of the above • Native SwiftUI for iPhone and iPad, built for iOS 26 and Liquid Glass PRICING Free until you send your first workout. No card up front. • Starter — $14.99/month or $149/year. Up to 5 clients. • Pro — $35.99/month or $369/year. Unlimited clients. • Clients use Workout Connect free, forever — no per-seat fees, no upsells. PRIVACY Data is stored securely in Firebase and shared only between trainers and the clients they're explicitly paired with. Private notes stay private.
