Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Rainbow Shops at fortnightly against Jayla's Couture's every 11 months. Rainbow Shops also leads on ratings volume (42K vs 6). Jayla's Couture's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Rainbow Shops against 5.0 for Jayla's Couture.
