Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Docket® at every 6 weeks against Roy Pharmacy's every 29 months. Docket® also leads on ratings volume (44K vs 2) and chart position (#161 vs unranked). Roy Pharmacy's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
