Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Docket® at none against Vaccy's 5. Docket® also leads on ratings volume (44K vs 215) and chart position (#149 vs unranked). Vaccy's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 73%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vaccy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Docket® asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Docket® against 4.7 for Vaccy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Docket® has 44K ratings behind it against 215, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Docket®'s written reviews are positive against 85% of Vaccy's.
Docket® ships an update every 6 weeks, Vaccy every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
