Selah : Memorize Scripture by Heart Hide God's Word in your heart, one verse at a time. Selah turns Bible memorization from a chore into a daily habit you actually keep. Speak verses out loud, get instant feedback on accuracy, and let smart review schedules do the heavy lifting so the words stay with you for life, not just for a week. Whether you're memorizing John 3:16 or working through entire chapters, Selah meets you where you are and walks with you, verse by verse. SPEAK IT, DON'T JUST READ IT Memorization sticks when you say it out loud. Selah uses voice recognition to listen as you recite each passage, then shows you exactly which words you got right, which you stumbled on, and which you skipped. No guessing. No self-grading. Just honest, instant feedback. EXERCISES THAT BUILD MASTERY Selah isn't a flashcard app. It's a training ground. Work through layered exercises designed around how the brain actually learns Scripture: * First-letter prompts to gently nudge your memory * Word-pill drag-and-drop exercises to rebuild verses * Full recall sessions to prove you've got it * Mastery tests that confirm long-term retention Each step is calibrated to the difficulty of the passage so you're always challenged, never overwhelmed. A PLANNER THAT REMEMBERS FOR YOU The hardest part of memorization isn't learning a verse. It's keeping it. Selah's planner automatically schedules reviews using spaced repetition, surfacing the right passage on the right day. Verses you nailed last week come back next month. Verses you stumbled on come back tomorrow. You don't have to think about what to practice. Just open the app. YOUR PROGRESS, BEAUTIFULLY TRACKED See every passage you've memorized, every session you've completed, and every streak you've built. Watch your library of hidden Word grow week by week. Celebrate milestones, look back on your journey, and stay motivated by the proof in front of you. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE * Memorize on the bus, in the kitchen, or on a walk * Sessions designed to fit into 5 minutes or 50 * Beautiful, distraction-free reading typography * Multiple Bible translations to choose from * Works offline once a passage is loaded WHY SELAH? "Selah" is a word found throughout the Psalms. A pause. A breath. A moment to reflect on what was just said. That's the posture this app is built around. Not racing through verses. Not gamifying Scripture. Just steady, patient, faithful memorization, the kind that shapes a life. Start with a single verse. Stay for a lifetime of hidden Word. Free to start. No ads. No noise. Just you and the Word.
