Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Annke Vision at 20K against VezcoGo's 87. Annke Vision also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). VezcoGo's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Annke Vision against 4.6 for VezcoGo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Annke Vision has 20K ratings behind it against 87, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Annke Vision ships an update every 2 months, VezcoGo every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
