Love ANNKE Vision !!!
These security cameras are just the best ! I had them for years and they still work great, the image is amazing. But recently the quality on some are blurry at times. But other than that they are great.
Terrible App
This app is so inconsistent it is hard to use. Sometimes it times out after 5 minutes, sometimes it plays live CCTV for hours. Sometimes it stops playing the live feed and shows a grey screen. A lot of the time it freezes. Only way to rectify it is to force quit the program. Playback is near impossible to use. You can not type in a specific time to view on the playback and the time line bar to move forward or backwards does not stay on the screen long enough to be able to use it, same with the record / pause bar. The only reason I use this app is because the live feed on a web browser does not work on iOS. On my windows Laptop and PC, the web browser access to the CCTV is faultless.

Amazing CCTV System
I recently purchased a Annke nvr cctv kit and it has made it so much easier for me to monitor my home and my car with this app i can live view my house and see all motion clips. it tells me whether a person or a vehicle was detected. Annke cctv is a really affordable choice when it comes to security as they don’t raise the price to the sky like other companies do that’s why i always use Annke. Highly Recommended

Whats going on
For some reason I can not log in, its not recognising my e-mail or my mobile, if I try to re register it just comes up with some other error message. How can I input a security code if you don’t send one!
Worst app ever
Not sure how the rating is so high. This app sucks. It’s lags and locks up. Rarely ever works correctly.
No fit for use
Whenever I need to check my cameras never works. Always stops loading and times out. Will never download any footage having to buy another dvr because this one is shocking. Wouldn’t not recommend tried to contact support but never any help

Good at first now not so good
I know how to work that really good it’s up-to-date. I have it on the iPhone but yet somehow when I turn notifications off that doesn’t work anymore so I get notifications nonstop whether I want it or not turning them off doesn’t do anything. I’m surprised the proximity is still the way I left it.
Dos not work
Try to put my Annke wife camera and dos nor work with them
Brilliant
I have an Annke security system for 7 years and in all that time I have never had an issue with it at all (DW81KD). I have now upgraded the system to a 4k system which also works perfectly. I have given my old system to one of my children, I installed for them and set it up and it is still working perfectly including the original hard drive (Western Digital Purple 2TB). I also use the Annke Vision app when away from home which is very easy to use. For the above reasons, I have given 5 stars. Perfect systems and I cannot highly recommend

Since latest new update on iOS 26 I can’t control my pts caneras from my mobile app no icon in the app to control camera , please add that feature back it’s the reason we buy PTZ cameras

The app keeps crashing when trying to scan the QR code to reset the device.

Slow
It’s so slow when I need to replay the camera for my business I’m thinking about switching unless you guys fix it. It’s slow in everything, when it load, replay, or choose a camera. Its pissin my offf
Notification
Très gros problème avec les notifications qui arrivent avec un décalage une fois passé devant la caméra la notification arrive avec un décalage de quelques secondes donc inutile vous ne voyez pas qui est passé devant la caméra
From Excellent to Worse
You have taken an app that was working 100% perfectly well, to an app that takes forever to connect to the DVR and then constantly buffers in this new update.
