Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bend Designer at 5.0 against Good Practices's 4.0. Bend Designer also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). Good Practices's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
