Temporal helps you stay in touch with where your time goes, and with it, your life. Time is your most limited resource. Your time is your life. Temporal makes it visible, so you can notice what's getting your hours, what's getting crowded out, and spend more of it on what actually matters. Track your time across four core life areas: Health Love Work Play Then stay on pace with the things that are easiest to neglect. Set personal targets for relationships, health, deep work, rest, creative time, or anything else you want to protect. Temporal shows you when you're falling behind, when you're overdoing it, and where your time is really going, today and over the seasons of your life. NEW: Calendar suggestions Link the calendars you choose, and Temporal turns your past events into Pending suggestions you can approve, edit or skip. Or turn on Log automatically for a calendar you trust. Your calendar stays where it is. Suggestions are encrypted on your device before they sync. Designed for intentional living • See your day, your week and the bigger picture at a glance • Time budgets vs. actuals • Goals and Monitors for habits, health and relationships • Optional location on events and timers, saved only when you choose, never tracked in the background • Simple event-based tracking and timers • Tracked vs. remaining views that make tradeoffs obvious Built for trust • End-to-end encryption: your events and timers (and any location you choose to save), plans, tags, people and calendar suggestions are encrypted on your device before they sync, so we can't read them • You hold the keys: your passphrase and recovery key • No ads, no ad tracking, and we don't sell your data • No feeds, no streaks, no guilt We use privacy-respecting analytics and crash reports to improve the app. They're linked to a random account ID, not your name or email.
