Putting practice made fun. LagKing is the companion app for the LagKing putting gate. Put the gate down on carpet, a putting mat, or a practice green, roll a putt through it, and the app tells you how far that ball would have finished. STOP THREE-PUTTING Three-putts come from speed, not line. The trouble is that most practice spaces are too short to teach you speed, because the ball stops before it tells you anything. LagKing reads the putt you actually hit and projects the full rollout, so you can work on 50 foot lag putts without a 50 foot green. NINE WAYS TO PRACTICE Target. Pick a distance, or let the app pick one, and dial it in. Distance Challenge. Work a spread of distances and watch your speed control tighten. Simulated 9. Play nine holes of lag putting with a real scorecard. Putting Ladder. Climb through distances one rung at a time. Start Line. Find out whether you are pushing or pulling the ball. Poker. Earn cards by putting close and build the best hand. Line Four. Connect four by landing putts exactly where you want them. Turf War. Claim ground with every putt. King of the Hill. Take the crown and try to keep it. PLAY WITH OTHER PEOPLE Hand the phone around for a match on a single gate, or send a challenge to a friend and watch their putts play back against yours. Leaderboards, personal bests, and every session you have ever putted, kept. PRECISE WHERE IT MATTERS The gate measures ball speed to roughly 0.1 percent. Speed is the number that decides whether a lag putt finishes tight or leaves you a four footer, so it is the number worth getting right. READY IN SECONDS The gate pairs with your phone or tablet wirelessly. Put it down, putt through it, done. Modes run out to 60 feet. NO SUBSCRIPTION The full phone and tablet app comes with your gate. The LagKing putting gate is required, and is available for purchase at lagking.com.

Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: LagKing at 100% against GYROOR's 20%. LagKing also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.6) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks). GYROOR's advantage is ratings volume (396 vs 5) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
