Signpost Installer App also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and device support (3 vs 1). Realtor.com PRO's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (284 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Realtor.com PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Realtor.com PRO has 284 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Signpost Installer App's written reviews are positive against 11% of Realtor.com PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Signpost Installer App ships an update every 10 days, Realtor.com PRO monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
