About

SetTern

Features

SetTern is the iPhone for one house move: score the corridor, stamp the filings, ask people who already finished the same step. LOOK Type or speak From and To, say why you’re moving, and optionally photograph bills or letters. On-device OCR reads the page. You get a corridor briefing — map, key numbers versus origin, and one clear Start here into Must-do. Free keeps one analysed journey; Keep this move rebuilds the route when the corridor changes. MUST-DO A ranked path of close-outs at origin and set-ups at destination. Open a step for what to do, why it matters, and planning dates. Stamp when it’s done. Concierge prepares a supervised draft — Mail, form, or call script — that you review. Nothing is submitted on autopilot. SetTern does not log into HMRC, your bank, or your council as you. Drop dates onto Calendar or Reminders. Attach a confirmation photo when paper still arrives. PEERS (OPT-IN) Help sits on the Must-do step you’re stuck on — not a nightlife forum. See lived tips from movers in your destination who finished the same filing (council, visa, bank, rent). Filing tips open at a small private group; empty rooms stay honest (“0 tips yet”). Request contact if you need them: they share one channel they control (email or WhatsApp/Telegram). No group chat. No fake sample tips. Report and block are built in. Household partner seat is separate — that’s your shared board, not strangers. HOUSEHOLD AND PROOF On Smart or Complete, share the Must-do board with a partner so stamps and ownership stay in sync. Export a proof pack PDF of what you stamped. APPLE-NATIVE Sign in with Apple. Unlock with Apple Pay. Widgets and a Live Activity keep the next one thing on the Lock Screen. Optional Apple Health stays on this iPhone to pace quiet hours; samples are not uploaded. Optional location can surface the next obligation when you arrive at the new home. Action Packets turn your own paths (school, pets, landlord) into steps with Maps, Calendar, and files. PLANS Free: analyse a corridor, keep that Must-do, walk the first filings. Essential, Smart, and Complete unlock Concierge depth, the rest of the path, route rebuild, and (Smart/Complete) partner seat. Prices are shown in-app before you pay. WHAT YOU GET • Live Must-do board — personalised for your corridor, not a generic checklist • Concierge drafts — you review, edit, and send • On this step Peers — tips + opt-in contact from people on the same filing • Next step on Lock Screen, widget, Live Activity, and Siri • Partner seat — one shared move on two phones • Proof pack — receipts for what you stamped • Action Packets — your own admin paths, not only the scan SetTern is move administration - not medical care, legal advice, or immigration counsel. Confirm every filing on the official site.
