Zero locations in London?
Is app still in operation?
Excellent concept
App keeps crashing when zooming in on the map.
Pointless
No water points anywhere in the uk. Uninstalled
Why the need to login?!
Why do I need to download an app and login to find a nearby water refill spot?!
1) Just put them on a map on a website
2) Let me use the app without auth!

A good idea, poor execution
In theory an app that lets you find places to refill a water bottle nearby sounds fantastic and is a convenient social good!
Unfortunately the database is a free for all - loads of duplicate entries, fountains in the wrong location and businesses that are closed.
It would be easier if water fountains say were added to Google Maps and can be found without needing an account and to log in.
Suggestion to the devs - allow a filter to remove all businesses and private listings and list only 24/7 water fountains.

Water refill - where am I
Used to be good now doesn’t give your exact location on the map, not so useful for water refill as it used to be.
Can’t add new water fountains
I tried to add a new water fountain in Strasbourg, but it requires me to name it and add info on location, but then the keypad covers the NEXT button, so it is impossible to go forward.
Basically, useless.
Basically, useless.
No locations in my area (Boston, MA)
App is unusable because no locations are populated on my map.
Boston MA **definitely** has a non-zero number of retail refill stores.
Developers need to either:
Clearly State supported geographic areas,
and/or
Stop fantasizing that they can build their platform by relying on user-generated crowd sourced data (aka free labor) to provide a service.
Especially not to compile info available on several many well established platform.

Finding water stations good. Your location bad.
I use the app for finding water fountains but the location of where I am is rubbish.
Cant add a photo due to size limits
Tried to add the water fountain I found which wasn’t already in here but unable to log it at all as the photos taken directly on the app, via my camera and as a screen shot were bigger than the max 1mb permitted. Why the app can’t compress images for easier use I don’t know. When out and about is surely when most people would add refill options

Non segna nulla
Scaricata per un viaggio a Londra, la mappa è in continuo caricamento senza mai mostrare i luoghi di refill. Ho provato a modificare i filtri, ma non funziona
Mandatory sign-up
Why do we now need an account? Worked perfectly fine without before but now I won’t be using this app anymore.
an
It asks you to create an account when you open the app but it is impossible to do so. Thus making this app completely useless as you cannot access the information, no point in downloading!
Gone downhill
This app used to point directly to refill stations without much hassle. Now you have to create an account and navigate through all sorts of useless features. The app still doesn’t even show your current location, making navigating challenging
Disappointed
There doesn’t appear to be any refill water bottle stations in Doncaster on the map - shocking!
Unnecessary app functions
It is 31°C and I have drank all the water in my bottle. I can’t think of any bottle refill stations near me, so I go to the Refill website, hoping to find my nearest fountain somewhere. Other than no useful information at all on the website, I am directed to and encourage to download this app. When I do, I have to sign up or log in - which bear in mind I’m already very hesitant to do as all I want is water, not my details shared out there. I click sign up and put my details in, coz at this point I am parched and annoyed, only for the app to direct me back to the sign up/log in page. I try again, and again to no avail. So my question is, why is it that the information for the refill locations no on the website? I understand an app would be useful, and signing in would be ideal to verify people who are wanting to register their refill stations, however for the everyday user stumbling upon an unfamiliar part of London and reluctant to buy yet another plastic bottle water, surely this is unnecessary? It just seems counterintuitive for an organisation to promote sustainability, but completely disregard accessibility and convenience. For now, I guess I’ll just have to go to cafe nerro and let them fill up my bottle with lukewarm tap water.

Useless
Designed to save waste, just wastes your time. Map doesn’t work, no information about where to refill.
Set up account
You have to now set up an account just to view refill locations. No thank you
Used to be great…
Used this a lot post-Covid because I’d gotten in the habit of going on long walks. It wasn’t perfect but at least you got a sense which chains offered free refills. Now you need an account just to look at a map? Deleted it
INUTILE
applicazione fatta male converrebbe di più mettere direttamente il punto su Google Maps
